The same illness in three generations. Daughters who leave early, sons who stay too long. A silence about money, or about a grandfather. Families carry patterns, and the people in them often feel the pattern before they can name it. Karmic astrology reads the family story in the individual chart, and shows where the pattern can stop with you.
Where the family lives in a chart
The fourth house and its ruler describe home, roots and the parent who shaped your sense of belonging. The tenth house describes the other parent and the expectations you were given. The Moon carries the emotional inheritance: how you were cared for, and how you care. Saturn often marks the family rule that was never spoken. And the south node, in karmic astrology, is the inheritance itself: what came with you, from the family and from further back.
When several of these point to the same theme, the chart is describing a family pattern, not only a personal one. The analysis says so, and it says which part of the pattern is yours to carry and which part you can put down.
Reading the family together
If you send the birth data of a parent, a child or a sibling, Mónika can read the charts side by side, as in a relationship analysis. The contacts between a parent's Saturn and a child's Moon, or between one person's south node and another's Sun, often explain in a page what years of conversation could not: why the two of you keep having the same argument, and what each of you is actually asking for.
An example of how it reads
Imagine a chart with the Moon in the twelfth house, Saturn in the fourth, and the south node in the fourth as well. Home was quiet, dutiful and without much warmth; feelings were kept inside; the person has made the same kind of home as an adult, without wanting to. The north node, in the tenth house, points outward: a life of one's own, a role in the world, a different kind of family. The report would describe the inheritance without blame, show the transits that make the coming period a good time to change the pattern, and name the one habit that keeps it alive.
What the analysis gives you
Family themes are part of every personal karmic life-path analysis. For a parent-child reading, order the relationship analysis with both sets of data. For a child's chart, see the child's chart analysis.
Have the family story read in your chart
The personal karmic life-path analysis costs €135 / $145, the relationship analysis for two family members €105 / $115; both arrive within 72 hours. Send the birth data and your question to
A karmic analysis describes patterns. It is not family therapy, and it never replaces help when a family situation is unsafe.
