Written analyses
- You may cancel for a full refund at any time before Mónika has started working on your chart. Write to
This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ; the refund goes back to the payment method you used. - Once the work has started, the fee cannot be refunded. An analysis is personal work done for you; it cannot be resold or reused.
- If we cannot deliver within the promised 72 hours, we tell you before the deadline and you may cancel for a full refund.
- If something in the delivered analysis is unclear, you have one round of follow-up questions within 14 days, included in the price.
Live consultations
- A booked session can be rescheduled once within one month; please tell us as early as you can.
- The fee for a booked session is not refunded; the preparation has already been done.
- If we have to cancel a session, you choose a new time or receive a full refund.
Right of withdrawal for EU consumers
As a consumer in the European Union you have the right to withdraw from a contract for services within 14 days without giving a reason. Because you ask us to start your analysis right away, you agree that the right of withdrawal ends once the analysis has been delivered. Until then, the rules above apply.
