These terms apply to the written analyses and the live consultations you order through this website. They are written in plain language. The company details of the operator are on the imprint page.
What you order
A written karmic analysis is a personal document, written by Mónika Angyal for you on the basis of the birth data and the questions you send. A live consultation is a 60-minute video call with a member of her team, prepared under her guidance. The content of each analysis is described on the analyses page.
How an order is made
You send your request by e-mail. We confirm which analysis was understood, the price in euro and US dollars, and send you the payment link. The contract is concluded when you pay. If we cannot accept your request (for example because of Mónika's workload), we tell you before you pay.
Prices and payment
The prices shown on this website include all taxes and are stated in euro and US dollars; there are no extra fees. You pay through the payment link, before the work starts. You receive an invoice by e-mail.
Delivery
The written analysis is delivered as a PDF document by e-mail within 72 hours after your payment has arrived. One round of follow-up questions within 14 days after delivery is included; Mónika answers them in writing. If, exceptionally, the 72 hours cannot be kept, we tell you in advance and you may cancel for a full refund.
For a live consultation, you receive a choice of time slots and the video-call link by e-mail. The session lasts 60 minutes.
Cancellation and refunds
- A written analysis is work done for you personally. You may cancel for a full refund until Mónika has started the work. Once the work has started, the fee cannot be refunded.
- As an EU consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for services; by asking us to start the analysis within these 14 days you agree that the right of withdrawal ends once the analysis has been delivered.
- A booked live consultation can be rescheduled once within one month. Its fee is not refunded.
What an analysis is, and what it is not
An analysis describes tendencies, lessons and timing as the birth chart shows them. It is not a prediction of events, and it is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Your data

The analysis you receive is yours to keep and to use for yourself. The texts of this website are the property of the operator and may not be copied or published without permission.
Applicable law
Hungarian law applies, together with the consumer protection rules of your own country where they cannot be set aside. In case of a dispute, we try to reach an agreement by e-mail first.
