This page explains which personal data we collect when you use this website or request an analysis, why we need them, how long we keep them, and what your rights are. It is written in plain language on purpose. The short version: we use your data only to write your analysis and to answer you, and we share them with no one.

Which data we collect, and why
When you request an analysis or a consultation
Your name, your e-mail address, your birth date, birth time and place of birth, the birth data of another person if you order a relationship or a child's analysis, and the questions and personal circumstances you choose to tell us. We need them to write the analysis you asked for and to answer your follow-up questions. Legal basis: the contract between you and us (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Birth data and the questions you ask an astrologer are sensitive in practice, even where the law does not list them as a special category; we treat them with the care that professional confidentiality requires.
If you send us the birth data of another adult, you confirm that this person knows about the request and agrees to it.
When you pay
Payments are handled by a payment service provider. We receive the confirmation of your payment and the data needed for the invoice; we never see your full card details. The provider's own privacy policy applies to the payment itself.
When you write to us
Your e-mail address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message. We use them to answer you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
When you visit the website
Our web server records technical data about every visit (IP address, date and time, the page requested, the browser type) in log files, for the security and the operation of the site. These logs are deleted automatically after a short period. We use no advertising trackers. See the cookie policy for the cookies this site sets.
Who receives your data
No one outside our team and our contracted service providers. Mónika Angyal writes the analyses; Erik and Nathalie handle the correspondence and the live consultations. We use service providers for hosting, e-mail, payment and video calls; they process data on our behalf and under contract, and they may not use them for their own purposes. We do not sell data, we do not use them for advertising, and we do not pass them on to third parties, not even to your relatives.
How long we keep your data
The correspondence and the analysis: as long as needed to answer your follow-up questions, and afterwards as long as you may want to come back for a further analysis, unless you ask us to delete them. Invoicing data: as long as tax law requires. Server logs: a short period, then automatic deletion. On your request we delete your correspondence and your analysis, except what we must keep for the invoice.

You can ask us at any time which data we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct or delete them, ask us to restrict their use, or object to their use. Write to
