About the analysis
I do not know my exact birth time. Can you still write the analysis?
Yes. Some parts of the chart (the Ascendant, the houses, the exact position of the Moon) depend on the time. The report says clearly which statements are affected. If you know an approximate time, give it with the note "approximate". If you have no idea, write "unknown"; the analysis is then based on the parts of the chart that do not depend on the time.
Where can I find my birth time?
On the birth record or the hospital documents, in many countries on the birth certificate, or from the parents. In some countries the registry office can provide it on request.
Is the analysis a prediction?
No. It describes tendencies, lessons and timing: what kind of period you are in and what it asks of you. What you do with that stays your decision.
Does the analysis tell me who I was in a past life?
No. Karmic astrology reads the chart for patterns and for what you brought into this life, not for stories about earlier lives presented as facts.
Which analysis should I choose?
If you want the whole picture, the personal life-path analysis. If one relationship is the question, the relationship analysis. If you have one concrete decision with a date, the decision analysis. If you are not sure, write to us and describe your situation; we will tell you honestly which one fits, and sometimes that a smaller one is enough.
Can I order an analysis for someone else?
For your own child, yes. For another adult, only with that person's knowledge and consent. A relationship analysis is written for you, about your side of the relationship, and nothing is sent to the other person.
Language and format
In which language is the report written?
In English. All correspondence is in English as well. If English is not your first language, do not worry about mistakes; we read for meaning.
What does the report look like?
A PDF document, written for you in plain language, with the full chart analysis behind it: which elements of the chart Mónika looked at and what each one says in your case. The length depends on the analysis you choose.
Can I ask questions afterwards?
Yes. One round of follow-up questions within 14 days is included in every analysis. Mónika answers in writing.
Is there a live option?
Yes: a 60-minute video consultation with Erik or Nathalie, prepared under Mónika's guidance. Details.
Payment and delivery
How do I pay?
After your request you receive a payment link by e-mail. You can pay in euro or in US dollars. The prices on this site include all taxes; there are no extra fees.
When do I receive the report?
Within 72 hours after payment. If Mónika is away, you are told before you pay.
Can I get a refund?
An analysis is work done for you personally. Once Mónika has started it, it cannot be refunded. If you cancel before she has started, you receive the full amount back. A live consultation can be rescheduled once within one month; its fee is not refunded.
Privacy
What happens to my birth data and my questions?
They are used only to write your analysis. They are not shared with anyone and not used for advertising. On request we delete the correspondence. Mónika's rule of professional confidentiality applies to everything you write, without exception.
Do you call me by phone?
No. Everything happens in writing by e-mail, and live consultations take place by video call at a time you have booked.
